Over the past year, Zenzero has been proud to support St John Guernsey LBG (St John) by providing complimentary IT support alongside delivering a fully managed cloud migration project. This initiative reflects Zenzero’s ongoing commitment to supporting the local community through impactful partnerships.
As a charitable organisation, St John must continually balance operational demands with limited budgets. Their previous on-premises IT setup presented several challenges, particularly for staff and volunteers who required consistent and secure access to systems and data.
“Previously, everything was tied to a single location, which made access difficult,” said Heather Langlois, CEO of St John Guernsey. “Moving to the cloud has completely changed that. It’s more flexible, more secure, and far more efficient. It’s had a real impact on how we operate and deliver our services.”
To make the transition more accessible, Zenzero introduced a flexible 12-month payment approach, enabling St John to modernise its IT infrastructure without placing strain on immediate finances.
“With rising costs and ongoing fundraising pressures, investing in IT can be incredibly challenging,” Langlois explained. “This support has given us breathing space during a time of change. It’s shown us that the right technology doesn’t have to be out of reach.”
Throughout the migration and ongoing support, the Zenzero team was recognised for their proactive and supportive approach.
“The team have been fantastic. They took the time to guide us through every stage and made sure we felt confident throughout,” Langlois said. “Whenever something came up, they responded quickly and resolved it efficiently. The level of service has been outstanding.”
This partnership has enabled St John to move away from reactive IT issues towards a more reliable and scalable environment.
“It’s made a huge difference to our day-to-day operations. Quite simply, we wouldn’t be where we are now without Zenzero.”
