Do you offer in person training?

Yes, we can train at your offices or remotely using Microsoft Teams.

What types of IT support training courses are available?

We have IT courses on the majority of the Microsoft 365 suite, including your household favourites such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook; as well as others such as Copilot, Forms, OneNote, Planner and many more. Please contact us for further information.

How long is a training session?

Training sessions vary in length depending on topic and complexity, but most sessions are between 1.5 and 3 hours.

Do you offer hybrid training?

No, we have found from past experience that training sessions are better either in person or online, but blending them together delivers a poor learning experience for both those in the room and those remotely.

What if I only have a small number of people that need IT training?

Contact us to see how we can help, we can offer tailored solutions for 1-2-1 training or smaller groups to give them the skills they need.

With secure remote access tools, we can resolve software issues, network failures, and system updates without disrupting your workflow. For hardware malfunctions or complex IT setups, our experts will visit your location to ensure everything runs smoothly.
