AI readiness Dubai

The strategic technology partner for scalable organisational growth.
Why partner with us

Prepare your data, systems and people for AI with a clear assessment of your readiness and next steps.

Our AI readiness assessment gives your Dubai business a structured starting point for adopting agentic and generative AI. We assess your applications, databases and permissions, review your Microsoft 365 environment for Copilot readiness, and consider adoption readiness across your teams. You gain a clearer understanding of your current capabilities before moving towards implementation.

You receive a readiness scorecard across data, systems and people, alongside prioritised risks, quick wins and remediation actions. Use these findings to inform your AI strategy and understand which readiness gap to address first. Your practical roadmap provides a foundation for decisions that reflect your business objectives, rather than a rush to introduce new technology.

Partnership

AI transformation built on real-world experience

Work with a Microsoft Frontier Firm that has already deployed AI across its own business. Through our “Customer Zero” approach, we have implemented AI internally, measured outcomes and developed a repeatable adoption framework for customers. Our experience brings practical insight into governance, process improvement and the people involved in making AI work.

For your business, the starting point is readiness, not a particular AI model or tool. Our assessment brings together the data, systems and people dimensions of adoption, giving your teams a shared basis for discussing priorities. It is a practical first step towards an AI transformation plan grounded in your current environment.

Benefits

Clarity today. A stronger foundation for tomorrow.

Understand your starting point

Get a clear, accessible readiness scorecard that brings findings across data, systems and people together. Use it to guide conversations about your existing capabilities and the foundations you need before committing to AI infrastructure or further development.

Focus effort where it matters

Understand what needs attention early, with prioritised risks, quick wins and remediation actions. Give your teams a clearer basis for deciding what to fix first and where future technology spend should support your business priorities.

Put your people into the plan

Consider adoption readiness across your team members, not just the systems they use. Importantly, this gives you a starting point for conversations about who should be involved, where support is needed and what success should look like.

Move from assessment towards execution

Use your practical adoption roadmap to bring structure to your next steps. Give decision-makers a shared reference for planning implementation, discussing dependencies and deciding when to act on the recommended improvements.

AI adoption challenges

Address the questions behind successful AI adoption

Unclear data and systems readiness

Which applications and databases will support your AI plans, and who can access the information within them? Our whole-estate review assesses applications, databases and permissions. For businesses handling financial information, health records or confidential research, bring those data concerns into the readiness conversation.

Uncertainty around governance and access

Who is responsible for AI use, and who remains accountable for decisions? What rules, logging or audit requirements should inform your future deployment? Our Microsoft 365 review focuses on configuration, sharing and permissions readiness, providing a starting point for addressing access-related risk.

Teams at different stages of readiness

Are your people ready for the changes you are considering? Our assessment reviews AI adoption readiness across your team members. Use the findings to start conversations about where people feel confident, what they need to learn and how future support could help them use AI effectively.

Pressure to move without a clear plan

Do not let a push for innovation replace a clear reason to act. Start with the business problem you want AI to solve. Our prioritised recommendations and roadmap provide a starting point for planning your next steps, rather than moving straight from interest to deployment.

Still have Qs?

Questions we
often get asked:

How do I know whether my organisation is ready for AI?

Start by understanding whether your data, systems and people are prepared for the AI use cases you are considering. Our readiness assessment reviews applications, databases, permissions, Microsoft 365 configuration and team adoption readiness. It provides a clearer starting point for planning, whether you are exploring Copilot or considering wider agentic and generative AI solutions.

Does the assessment cover Microsoft 365 and Copilot readiness?

Yes. The Microsoft 365 Estate Copilot Assessment reviews configuration, sharing and permissions readiness. It sits alongside the wider review of your data, systems and people, so Copilot is considered within your business context. The assessment identifies readiness issues and recommended actions; it is a planning step rather than a completed Copilot deployment.

How long does the AI Readiness Assessment take, and what will we receive?

The assessment is delivered in 2–3 days. You receive a clear readiness scorecard across data, systems and people, prioritised risks, quick wins and remediation actions, plus a practical roadmap to safe, high-value AI adoption. These outputs help your business review its priorities before taking the next step towards implementation.

Can the findings help us plan AI use cases for our industry?

Use the findings as an input to your industry-specific planning, rather than treating the assessment as a finished AI solution. Your readiness scorecard and roadmap can inform discussions about which use cases to test, what needs remediation and how to approach implementation. Any additional requirements for solution design, model development, testing or deployment should be discussed separately.

How does this differ from the Dubai Future Readiness Index?

The Dubai Future Readiness Index, developed by Dubai Future Foundation with the Dubai Government Excellence Program, evaluates the future readiness of Dubai government entities, including their ability to adopt new technologies and respond to change.

Zenzero’s assessment focuses on your own data, systems and people. For private sector businesses, the deliverables are a readiness scorecard and practical adoption roadmap, rather than a government rating or country ranking. This is a business-level review, not a score within the government index.
