The Goal

Warwick based Sodick is the European headquarters of the Sodick Group worldwide. The business operates across Japan, China, Asia, Europe and America. It designs and manufactures EDM (Electrical Discharge Machinery) for use in sectors including aerospace, medical industries and Formula One.  They required a local business IT support company who they could communicate with and understand their situation.

Project Challenges

- They have many systems including video conferencing, SAP and accounting which needed to be understood by an experienced company as well as the back-up to look after them.
