The Goal

Coventry Rugby were looking at a bright future with the opportunity to use their talent and ambition to rise through the sporting ranks. The one thing holding them back was an outdated IT system which was not fit for purpose. When lockdown came they struggled to work remotely and their IT could not provide the service they needed.

Project Challenges

Urgent and initial need was for the club staff to be able to work remotely to allow the management team to be able to operate during the pandemic.

- The club wanted a set up which would help them grow as a small to medium sized business with consistent connectivity, Microsoft Teams installation and a robust email system.

The Solution

Zenzero took over the IT support at the club with the first task being to set up remote working. The IT system was moved over to Microsoft Teams providing a host of services such as Outlook, OneDrive and SharePoint. Laptops and desktops were configured to be supported remotely by our helpdesk and devices were being monitored and updated to make sure all of the latest windows releases and security patches are applied.
