Systems Engineer

Hours: 40 per week | Location: Inverness, London, Coventry, Basildon, Chichester

Are you a Level 1, 2 or 3 Systems Engineer with experience of providing systems support? Are you ready for your next career move with a market leading MSP?

This is a great opportunity to join an established, collaborative and friendly team of Systems Engineers supporting growing businesses all over the UK.

As a Service Desk Technician, you will provide exceptional standards of support across a variety of products, services and platforms. You will work with the Lifecycle Coordinator(s) and Service Desk Manager to ensure tickets are worked on in an efficient manner in line wish SLAs. You will answer phone calls, log tickets and, where possible, provide first-contact resolution. When you cannot solve an issue within the agreed timescale, you will escalate it following appropriate processes.

Are you an experienced Technical Consultant, keen to showcase your abilities and have a real impact on a rapidly growing company?

As part of the Infrastructure & Cloud Services team, you will be responsible for solution architecture including estimating solutions and ensuring they are deliverable by the team, technical strategy for key businesses, ensuring our customers can leverage IT solutions that meets their needs and Project delivery for Infrastructure transformation projects. You will need to be capable of leading projects as well as assisting other project team members with engineering and deployment of overall solutions and other installation activities.


Field Services Engineer

Working Hours: 40 per week | Team: Field Services | Location: Coventry, Basildon/London, Guildford. Must be able to travel nationally.

Are you a Field Services Engineer with a strong technology services background? Are you excited to progress have a real impact on a rapidly growing company?

As part of the Field Services Team at Zenzero, a Field Services Engineer supports our customers and their end-users by providing general advice and guidance as well as working on incidents and service requests that cannot be completed remotely by our Service Desk team.  They work to defined SLAs and assist our Project teams with deployments and other installation activities.

Dynamics and Power Platform Solution Architect

Working Hours: 40 per week | Team: Data and Development Services

The focus of this role is to deliver and contribute to the growth of our Business Applications group by helping organisations adopt Microsoft Power Platform at an SME level with a focus on Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents as well as Dynamics 365.


Data Visualisation Developer and Consultant

Working Hours: 40 per week | Team: Data and Development Services
Location: Port Elizabeth, South Africa

The focus of this role is to deliver data visualisation, manipulation and consolidation projects using a variety of solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Cloud Solutions.
